X-ray Fluorescence (XRF, EDXRF) Metal Analyzer MetExpert - ENGINE was developed
to determine early possible signs of wear and their cause. The evaluation of
the wear metals with X-ray Fluorescence (XRF, EDXRF) Analyzer MetExpert - ENGINE
with detection sensivity up to 0.1 mg/t (in lubricating oil) is based on limit
data, that resulted from thousands of examined analyse samples.
Besides the analyse function of showing the measured element concentrations
in lubricating oils the MetExpert offers more options: The results of the analysis
for each specific machine are saved together with other data in the database
and compared with earlier measurements. As result the dynamics of wear is shown.
The software is building a prognosis and maintenance recommendations on basis
of the extensive statistics.
X-ray Fluorescence (XRF, EDXRF) Analyzer MetExpert - ENGINE is used for analysis
of trace metals in lubricating oils and similar materials. This applies to analysis
in: monitoring of wear condition of engines and machinery, automobile, aircraft
turbines, shipbuilding and metalworking industries, preventive diagnostics for
