MetExpert-Z - portable X-ray fluorescent analyzer (XRFA) intended for qualitative non-destructive structure analysis of the explored materials, for quantitative estimation of the key elements in them, identification of materials and element analysis of substances in solid, fluid and powdery state.
It is possible to define up to 50 elements simultaneously in one sample.
The device identifies and estimates in the explored object content of more as 70 elements, including: Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, As, Se, Rb, Sr, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ag, Cd, In, Sn, Sb, Te, I, Cs, Ba, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, Bi, U, Np, Pu.
